SafeShare is an independent project with no support desk and no accounts. This form is the way to reach the operator: it collects no name, no email address, and no identifier, and it never touches the file you were working on.

Your file never leaves your browser, but this form is an ordinary message that the operator stores. Describe what happened — do not paste file contents, detected values, screenshots, or personal details.

What is most useful
Sensitive content SafeShare missed, findings it invented, coverage warnings that were unclear, and any step where the safe copy looked wrong. Describe the shape of the problem — “a phone number in a scanned PDF footer was not detected” — rather than the value itself.
What happens to a report
It is stored by the operator for triage and kept only as long as it is useful. Because nothing identifies you, there is no reply and no way to withdraw an individual report afterwards. Security issues follow the disclosure targets on the security page.
