SafeShare remains proprietary. Separately licensed components keep their own licenses and required notices; release CI generates the complete locked attribution and SBOM.

Key processing components

PDF.js, ZXing, and the experimental LPD-YuNet model use Apache-2.0. ONNX Runtime Web and the YuNet face model use MIT. Tesseract.js uses Apache-2.0 and the pinned English OCR data license is recorded as MIT in the model inventory.

Model limitations

The experimental vehicle-plate model was trained on Chinese plates. SafeShare does not claim representative India or global plate coverage until a separate approved corpus passes.
